Man's Bulldog Got Loose, Attacked Neighbor's Dog, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township police say a Coal Yard Road resident was cited for an alleged dog law violation after his American bulldog got loose on the evening of Dec. 27 and allegedly attacked a neighbor's dog.

Lower Saucon Township police say a Coal Yard Road resident was cited for an alleged dog law violation after his American bulldog got loose on the evening of Dec. 27 and allegedly attacked a neighbor's dog.

In a news release issued Thursday, police said officers had been called to a prior incident involving Andrew Fluck's dog and the neighbor's dog.

On Dec. 27, police said the neighbor's dog was on a leash outside his owner's home.
