Lower Saucon Township Police say a township man who was allegedly found passed out behind the wheel of his car while it was stopped at Willowbrook and Sanbrook drives last month had both synthetic marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.

In a news release issued Sunday, police said Ryan Young, of the 2000 block of Glen View Drive, had "just got done smoking" when he was observed to be unconscious shortly after 11 p.m. Oct. 9.

Police said Young was arrested, taken to St. Luke's University Hospital for a blood test, and later transported to the Bethlehem Township DUI Center.

Young has been charged with DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police added.
