Man Urinated on Bank ATM, Police Say

Hellertown Police say Zachary Edward Cernok, 23, of the 2400 block of Cutoff Road, Springfield Township, urinated on an ATM machine at Bank of America.

A Springfield Township, Bucks County, man has been charged with disorderly conduct after Hellertown Police say he urinated on an ATM machine at Bank of America at the Shoppes at Hellertown on Main Street.

In a news release, police said officers in a marked car parked at McDonald's—which is across the street from the bank branch—observed Zachary Edward Cernok, 23, of the 2400 block of Cutoff Road, enter the parking lot and complete a transaction at the ATM at 2:09am March 29.

Police said he arrived at the bank driving a black Saturn coupe.

After his transaction, "Cernok proceeded to urinate on the side panel of the ATM machine" and was confronted by the officers who witnessed his act, police said.

Further investigation revealed that Cernok's license was suspended and allegedly led to the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the Saturn, which police said is owned by a woman who was a passenger in the vehicle at the time.

Police identified her as Taylor Anne Stryker, 22, of the 3100 block of Main Street, Springtown, Springfield Township, Bucks County.

Both Stryker and Cernok were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. In addition to his disorderly conduct charge, Cernok faces a charge of driving under suspension, they added.
