Man Tried to Sell Driveway Sealant Without a Peddler's Permit: Police
A Breinigsville man was cited for a borough soliciting ordinance violation and for littering after police say he attempted to sell leftover driveway sealant in the 1500 block of Clauser Street.
A Breinigsville man was cited for an alleged borough peddling and soliciting ordinance violation and for littering after police say he attempted to sell leftover driveway sealant in the 1500 block of Clauser Street.
In a press release issued Monday, police said Elisha Joe Wells of the 1100 block of Cypress Court was driving a Ford F150 pickup truck when he allegedly caused a disturbance in the residential neighborhood Sept. 22.
Police said Wells also allegedly tossed a metal gas can on the ground before leaving the area.
Officers who responded were able to identify him based upon witness descriptions, they added.
