Lower Saucon Township Police say a Whitehall man was cited for disorderly conduct, after he allegedly threatened another man with a baseball bat at Hess Express, 3620 Route 378.

In a news release, police said Cristopher Cressman, of the first block of Jordan Drive, nearly struck the other man's car in the parking lot of the gas station.

"Both exchanged glances and Cressman followed (the other man) into the establishment with an aluminum baseball bat," police said.

"No physical contact was made, however Cressman was cited for disorderly conduct for behaving in a threatening manner by wielding a bat in the gas station in public," authorities added.
