Man Threatened to 'Bury' Other Man, Told Him He 'Was Going Down,' Police Say

According to police, William Broad Jr., of the 4300 block of Lower Saucon Road, harassed another man Nov. 29 by calling and leaving a message in which he allegedly stated that he would 'bury him and his business.'

A Lower Saucon Township man has been charged with harassment because of a phone call he allegedly made, township police said in a news release.

Police said Broad also told the man that he "was going down."

Broad was recently cited for a bonfire police say violated a township ordinance, and last month police said Broad was charged with disorderly conduct after he ordered firefighters and police off his property while allegedly "yelling and screaming at firefighters and neighbors."
