So a man claims that he was shot by someone with a pellet gun, yet this man had no idea where the alleged shooter was before, during, or after the alleged shooting? How does he actually know he was shot by someone, if no one was around? The victim provides no physical description (kid or adult, white, or black, what clothes he was wearing). If the victim didn't even see the shooter, how does he even know he was shot, by someone, who was using a pellet gun? Kind of silly in my mind that the guy is alleging he was shot by someone else, yet has no details to substantiate anything. I think it's also pretty assumptive for Patch to include a picture of a handgun, when no one (the cops, the victim, or Patch) have any idea if that is actually what happened.
