Man Refused to Leave Gas Station, Police Say

Hellertown Police say an Allentown man trespassed at a borough gas station.

Hellertown Police say an Allentown man was charged with trespassing after he allegedly refused to leave a gas station.

In a news release, police said Kenneth Edward Zurbano, 44, of the 500 block of North Street, was charged with defiant trespass, simple trespass and disorderly conduct after police warned him to leave Topstar Exxon, 1570 Main St., and he "refused several times."

Although the news release was issued Monday, police said the alleged incident occurred June 24.
