In a news release, police said Zachary Paul Maslany, 30, of the 4000 block of Reeve Drive was initially stopped for allegedly driving with expired inspection and emissions stickers near Roth Avenue and Washington Street on the afternoon of Nov. 6.

Police said Maslany had allegedly put the incorrect license plate on his car "to conceal the identity of his vehicle" and that he had a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia with him.

He is also charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with an expired inspection, driving with expired emissions, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said.
