Man Passed Bad $20 Bills at Pizza Parlor, Police Say

A Hellertown man was charged with theft by deception, after Lower Saucon Township police say he passed two bad $20 bills at a local pizza parlor Dec. 4.

A Hellertown man was charged with theft by deception, after Lower Saucon Township police say he passed two bad $20 bills at a local pizza parlor Dec. 4.

In a news release, police said Jacob Amelio, 22, of the 700 block of Magnolia Road, exchanged the bad bills at Feasta Pizza, 1826 Leithsville Road, for a soda and change.
