Man Driving Under Suspension for DUI, Arrested for DUI
Lower Saucon Township police arrested David A. Hawk, of Center Valley, for DUI on Leithsville Road April 19.
An Upper Saucon Township man whose license was already under DUI suspension was arrested for DUI April 19, Lower Saucon Township Police announced in an April 28 news release.
David A. Hawk, 49, of 2076 Taylor Drive, Center Valley, was stopped on Leithsville Road at 12:22am and was found to be intoxicated, police said.
A blood alcohol test subsequently indicated that Hawk's blood alcohol concentration was .15 percent, police added.

Charges of DUI will be filed against Hawk, police said.
