Man Cited for 'Scattering Rubbish'

Lower Saucon Township police say James Hintze, of Bethlehem, littered wooden objects and other materials along Redington Road.

A Bethlehem man was cited by Lower Saucon Township police May 1, for allegedly littering along Redington Road.

According to a police department news release, James Hintze, 29, of 1606 Watkins St., was cited "after a witness alleged that he littered wooden objects and other materials including PVC pipe onto the ground from the back of  a U-Haul truck." 

Hintze was cited for "scattering rubbish," police said.
