Man Caused Accident at Rt. 378, Seidersville Road: Police

Lower Saucon Township police say a Bethlehem area man caused an accident when he turned left in front of oncoming traffic at Rt. 378 and Seidersville Road Dec. 9.

Lower Saucon Township police say a Bethlehem area man caused an accident when he turned left in front of oncoming traffic at Route 378 and Seidersville Road Dec. 9.

In a news release, police said Edward J. Angerman Jr., of the 1400 block of Stonewood Drive, Hanover Township, Northampton County, was attempting to turn left onto Seidersville Road at 5:53 p.m. when he struck the front of a vehicle driven by a Center Valley man.

Police said the Center Valley man complained of head and neck pain following the accident, and was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill by Dewey EMS.

Se-Wy-Co Fire Police assisted with traffic control at the scene of the accident, they added.

Angerman was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic, police said.
