Man Arrested for DUI in Shopping Center Parking Lot: Police
Lower Saucon Township Police say Daniel Gill, 26, of the 400 block of Cherokee Street, Bethlehem, defied an order by police not to drive.
A Bethlehem man who was asked to leave Revolutions at Saucon Valley after he allegedly got into an argument with a bartender was later arrested for DUI, after police say he defied an order by Lower Saucon Township officers not to drive "because he was visibly intoxicated."
In a news release, police said Daniel Gill, 26, of the 400 block of Cherokee Street, was escorted from the entertainment venue in the Saucon Square shopping center at about 1 a.m. March 30.
After Gill "decided to drive anyway," police said, he was arrested for DUI before he left the shopping center parking lot.
