In Northampton County Court Monday, a Fountain Hill mason admitted to twice at a work site on Apple Street in Lower Saucon Township, the Morning Call reported.

William R. Ruth Jr., 54, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in the incident, which began with him throwing mortar into the road, storming off and getting into his vehicle, the article stated.
