Lower Saucon Woman Arrested for DUI

The following incidents occurred in the borough, according to Hellertown police:

  • DUI - On March 11 at 2:48am police stopped Shelley M. Rentzheimer, 41, of 2586 Wassergass Road, Lower Saucon Township, for alleged summary traffic violations at Cherry Lane and Easton Road. Police subsequently arrested Rentzheimer for DUI, according to a press release issued March 17.
  • Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Outstanding Warrant - On March 16 at 12:51pm police stopped a vehicle on West Water Street for allegedly having an expired inspection. An occupant of the vehicle, who police identified at Michael James Hadlock, 30, of 2634 East Blvd., Bethlehem, was subsequently found to have marijuana residue in his possession, police said. Another occupant of the vehicle, identified as Albey Henry Braster Jr., 52, of 31856 Route 14, Gillett, Pa., was found to have an outstanding warrant from Bradford County, Pa., police said. Braster was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison to await transfer to Bradford County officials, police added. Hadlock was released from the scene, and charges against him are pending, police said.
