Police: Man Whose License Was Suspended for DUI Arrested for DUI

On Nov. 8 at 8:29pm police say they stopped Kurt Haas, of the 2000 block of Route 31 North, Glen Gardner, N.J., for an alleged high beam headlight violation and expired New Jersey vehicle registration on Redington Road. According to police, Haas was subsequently determined to be driving with a license that was suspended for DUI. Haas was determined to be intoxicated and driving with an open bottle of beer in the vehicle, police said. He has been charged with DUI and driving under suspension, they added.

Police Investigating Criminal Mischief on Majestic Overlook Drive

On Nov. 25 police say they investigated damage to a lawn in the 2000 block of Majestic Overlook Drive. The damage was caused by persons unknown, police said. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.

On Nov. 25 police say they investigated damage to a building in the 1300 block of Evergreen Drive. Police did not detail the type of damage that occurred, but ask that anyone with information about the incident contact them at 610-317-6110.

Intoxicated Woman Walked in Front of Moving Vehicles, Police Say

On Nov. 25 at 7:23pm police say they responded to the area of Leithsville Road and Courtney Court after they received "a report of a female walking in front of moving vehicles." According to police, the woman was subsequently identified as Patience Freedom Walgrave, of the 5600 block of Eleventh Street, Zephyrhills, Fla. Walgrave was visiting an acquaintance in the area and was determined to be "highly intoxicated and causing a hazard," police said in a press release. Walgrave was arrested, charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, and transported to St. Luke's Hospital for treatment, they added.
