Woman Arrested for DUI at Route 378 and Black River Road

On Dec. 22 at 11:08pm police say Michelle Bond, of the 1500 block of Coronado Street, Allentown, was southbound on Route 378 when she failed to stop at a red traffic light at Black River Road and rear-ended another vehicle. Police said in a press release that Bond was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol, and that she was found to have a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .27 percent. Bond was arrested for DUI and traffic violations, police added.

On Dec. 23 at 3:04am police say Elliott Reiss, 31, of the 300 block of Stouts Valley Road, Williams Township, was stopped at Route 378 and Walter Street for speeding. Police said in a press release that Reiss was subsequently determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol, and that he was found to have a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .16 percent. Police said Reiss was arrested for DUI.

Man Arrested for DUI at Seidersville and Old Philadelphia

On Jan. 12 at 3:37am police say William Oquendo Gonzalez, 58, of the 600 block of Jischke Street, Bethlehem, was stopped at Seidersville Road and Old Philadelphia Pike for a stop sign violation. In a press release, police said Gonzalez was arrested for DUI and taken to the Bethlehem DUI Center for processing. There, he refused a blood test, police said. Gonzalez has been charged with DUI, driving under suspension (DUI-related) and a stop sign violation, authorities added.

Man Arrested for DUI on Route 378 Near West Raders Lane

On Jan. 13 at 1:19am police say Randal Holmes, of the 600 block of 12th Avenue, Bethlehem, was stopped on Route 378 near West Raders Lane for a traffic violation. Police said in a press release that Holmes was subsequently found to be under the influence of drugs. He was arrested for DUI and was released after being processed at the Bethlehem DUI Center, police said. In addition to DUI, Holmes has been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, authorities added.

Man Arrested for DUI Near Hillclimb

On Jan. 13 at 5:10am police say Keenan C. Walls, 23, of the first block of South Elder Street, Easton, was stopped for speeding on Riverside Drive near the Steel City Hillclimb. In a press release, police said Walls was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested for DUI. His blood alcohol content (BAC) was determined to be .10 percent, authorities added. Walls has been charged with DUI.

Man Arrested for DUI on Buttermilk Road

On Jan. 17 at 10:09pm police say Tyler Oakley, of the 1000 block of Pike Street, Easton, was stopped for a traffic violation on Buttermilk Road. In a press release, police said the odors of alcohol and marijuana were detected emitting from Oakley's vehicle. After he submitted to field sobriety tests, it was determined that Oakley was under the influence and "impaired by a combination of alcohol and marijuana," police said. He was arrested for DUI and taken to the Bethlehem DUI Center for processing, they added.

Occupants of Car Charged With Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana

On Jan. 18 at 12:51am police say they stopped a car on Riverside Drive for a traffic violation. Police said an officer subsequently detected the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle and determined that four occupants of the vehicle were in possession of a small amount of marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia. In a press release, police identified the four occupants, who were arrested, as: Fabian Arvelo, of the 600 block of Chew Street, Allentown; Christopher Kincaid, of the 800 block of Maple Street, Bethlehem; John Mullan, of the 1100 block of Maple Street, Bethlehem; and Cyrus Odanga, of the 1200 block of South Third Street, Allentown. Police said Arvelo was taken into custody on an active Northampton County warrant and committed to Northampton County Prison, while the other three individuals were released.

Man Arrested for Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana

On Jan. 26 at 3:25pm police say they stopped Charles Crawford III, of the 2300 block of East Rock Road, Perkasie, for a traffic violation on Mountain Drive North. Police said in a press release that Crawford was subsequently found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police said he "was arrested for the contraband in addition to several traffic violations."
