The following alleged incidents have been reported by the Lower Saucon Township Police Department:

Bethlehem Man to Receive Summons for Alleged Marijuana Possession

Police say Giovanni Echevarri, 19, of the 400 block of West Market Street, Bethlehem, was found to be in possession of marijuana during a vehicle stop on Lower Saucon Road June 22. Echevarri will receive a summons for a Title 35 violation, police said. Echevarri was stopped for an alleged traffic violation at approximately 7:53pm, they added.

Bethlehem Township Man to Receive Summons for Alleged Marijuana Possession

Police say Anthony Marinho, 20, of the 1400 block of Fifth Street, Bethlehem Township, was found to be in possession of marijuana during a a vehicle stop on Lower Saucon Road June 22. Marinho will receive a summons for a Title 35 violation, police said. Marinho was stopped for an alleged traffic violation at approximately 11:01pm, they added.

Bethlehem Woman to Receive Summons for Alleged Marijuana Possession

On June 23 at about 8pm police stopped Victoria Wood, 20, of the 200 block of Aurora Street, Bethlehem, for an alleged traffic violation on Riverside Drive. According to police, Wood was subsequently found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Wood will receive a summons for a Title 35 violation, police said.

Police Investigating Theft of Lawn Ornament

Lower Saucon police are seeking information about a lawn ornament reported missing from 2714 Bergstresser Road on June 23. According to police, the ornament was located on the front porch of a residence and featured "a cement angel holding a cherub." The "angel is white, about 30 inches tall and weighs about 40 pounds," police said, adding that "the owner would like to know its whereabouts since she has had it over 13 years and would like it returned." Anyone with information regarding the missing ornament is asked to contact the police department at 610-317-6110.

Police Investigating Hit-and-Run Accident at Keystone Automotive

According to police, on June 24 between 8am and 11:30am an unknown vehicle struck a blue Honda Civic that was parked in the employee parking lot at Keystone Automotive, 3658 Route 378, causing moderate damage. The driver responsible for the accident then fled the scene, police said. The damaged vehicle belonged to a Keystone Automotive employee, they added. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department.

Police Investigating Criminal Mischief Reported at Car Wash

Police say that between 11am June 24 and 7am June 25 an unknown person or persons jammed the cash slot inside one of the vehicle bays at Saucon Valley Auto Spa, 3510 Rt. 378, causing as much as $1,500 damage. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.

Man Cited for Disorderly Conduct and Other Offenses After Allegedly Crashing Van into Rocks at Landfill

Police cited Christopher Ullery, of the 1000 block of Old Freehold Road, Toms River, N.J., for disorderly conduct on June 25, after he allegedly caused a disturbance while emergency services and a towing service were attempting to remove his van from a crash scene at the IESI Bethlehem landfill, 2335 Applebutter Road. According to police, at about 12:15pm "Ullery was operating a Ford E350 van inside of the landfill and crashed into a pile of rocks." Following the accident, Ullery was cited for allegedly having an open beer container and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Another man who was present--identified as Daniel Bark, of the 100 block of Huddy Drive, Toms River, N.J.--was also cited for allegedly having an open beer container, police said.
