Lower Saucon Township Police Blotter

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lower Saucon Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following incidents have been reported by the Lower Saucon Township Police Department:

  • DUI - On May 11 police arrested Kyrie A. Norris, of Wilmington, N.C., for DUI. Police say Norris was stopped at 1:09am on Route 378 northbound for allegedly speeding, and has been charged with DUI.
  • DUI - On May 14 police arrested Lisa Herb, of Easton, for DUI. Police say Herb was stopped on Easton Road at 3:08am for an alleged traffic violation. Herb's blood alcohol concentration was determined to be .14 percent and she has been charged with DUI, police said.
  • DUI - On May 14 police arrested Angela Becker, of Lansdale, for DUI. Police say Becker was stopped at 10:33pm at Meadows Road and Route 412 for allegedly making an illegal left turn. Becker has been charged with DUI, police said.
  • DUI, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana - On May 15 police arrested Luis A. Rivera-Rodriguez, 36, of 419 W. Lehigh St., Bethlehem, after he was observed allegedly driving at an unsafe speed on Rt. 378 south of Colesville Road at about 2:10am. Rivera-Rodriguez was determined to have a blood alcohol concentration of .20 percent and was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said. He has been charged with DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • Drug Violations (Title 35) - On May 17 at 1:59pm police stopped a vehicle on Riverside Drive for alleged traffic violations. Inside the vehicle, Adam Stein, 23, of 3225 Chenault Drive, Bethlehem, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Another passenger identified as Dylan Nenni, 23, of 117 Maple Road, Apt. 3, West Chester, was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, police added. Summonses will be sent to both men, police said.
  • Criminal Mischief - On May 20 police were dispatched to 1274 Seidersville Road after receiving a report of property damage to the front yard of the residence. According to police, sometime between 6 and 8pm a black Honda Accord was observed attempting to turn around. The vehicle became stuck in the front yard and left behind marks and divets, police added. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.
  • DUI, Underage Drinking - On May 22 police stopped Kelly Sprague, 22, of 71 Westgate Road, Wellesley, Mass., after she allegedly committed a traffic violation on Mountain Drive at approximately 12:13am. Police say Sprague was determined to have a blood alcohol concentration of .15 percent and was charged with DUI. A passenger in Sprague's vehicle, identified as Megan Sprague, 19, of 71 Westgate Road, Wellesley, Mass., was found to have consumed alcohol and received a citation for underage drinking, police said.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident - On May 22 at about 1:21am police say Marshall Saucier, 48, of 1597 Woodfield Drive, Lower Saucon, struck a parked car while operating his vehicle on Woodfield Drive, and then fled the scene. Citations have been filed against Saucier, police said.
  • Terroristic Threats, Harassment - On May 24 police say a juvenile sent threatening text messages to another juvenile. The juvenile who allegedly sent the text messages was charged with terroristic threats and harassment and committed to the Northampton County Juvenile Detention Center in Easton, police said.
  • Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - On May 26 at 12:01am police stopped Jeremy A. Magditch, 25, of 826 Seneca St., Bethlehem, for allegedly speeding on Rt. 378 northbound. Magditch was subsequently found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe and a small plastic bag containing marijuana, according to police. Magditch was arrested and will be charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, authorities added.
