The following incidents have been reported by the Lower Saucon Township Police Department:

Man Arrested for Allegedly Driving Under the Influence of Marijuana

On May 31 police arrested Christopher Tucker, 27, of the 100 block of Nunemaker Road, Kutztown, for allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana. According to police, Tucker was arrested at approximately 11:24am after driving to a residence on Cannon Avenue.

Woman Arrested for Allegedly Driving Under the Influence of Marijuana

On June 15 police stopped Eliana Agosto, 21, of the 2200 block of Rodgers Street, Bethlehem, for alleged traffic violations on Rt. 378. According to police, Agosto was found to be under the influence of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was also found at the time of the vehicle stop.

Police Investigating Burglary on Spring Valley Road

On July 13 police received a report of a burglary at 1709 Spring Valley Road. According to police, unknown persons forced their way through a rear door and into the home at that address. The parties then "rummaged through drawers and took an undisclosed amount of cash," police said in a press release. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.

Furniture Thrown into Pool at Fieldstone Drive Home, Police Say

On July 14, police began investigating an incident in which pieces of pool furniture were thrown into a pool at 2114 Fieldstone Drive. According to police, the pool furniture was thrown into the pool sometime between midnight and 6am, causing damage to the pool. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Officer James Connell of the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.

Man Arrested for Allegedly Possessing Marijuana, Paraphernalia

On July 15 police arrested John Nettles, 25, of the 1800 block of Auburn Street, Bethlehem, for an alleged Title 35 violation. Police say Nettles was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Cannon Avenue at 9:59pm. Another person, identified by police as Jacky Rivera, 19, of the 800 block of Broadway, Bethlehem, was found to be in possession of paraphernalia, police added.

Man Overdosed on Heroin at Schwab Avenue Home, Police Say

On July 15 police say Dwight Towner Jr., 35, of the 2000 block of Schwab Avenue, overdosed on heroin at approximately 11:50pm. Police say both the drug and a needle were found following the incident.
