The following alleged incidents have been reported by the Lower Saucon Township Police Department:

Police Investigating Incident in Which Items Were Thrown in Resident's Pool

On June 30 between 11:30pm and midnight police say unknown persons gained access to the backyard of a residence in the 1600 block of Woodfield Drive and threw numerous items--including a hammock and pool chairs--into the pool. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.

Vehicle 'Keyed' While Parked at Local Business, Police Say

On July 1 police say Joaquin Torres reported that a vehicle he had driven to his job at Keystone Automotive, 3658 Rt. 378, was "keyed" between 5:30 and 10:30am, when he discovered the damage. "The 'key scratches' extended from the driver side doors to the rear fender, on both sides of the vehicle," police said. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department.

Chrome Bumpers, Car Door Reported Stolen from Saucon Avenue

On July 7 police received a report of stolen items from Jeffrey P. Wida, of the 2000 block of Saucon Avenue. According to police, Wida reported that sometime between 6:30am on July 6 and 6:30am on July 7 two chrome bumpers and a black left side door to a Monte Carlo were taken from his property. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department.

Two Arrested for Marijuana Possession on Riverside Drive

On July 7 at approximately 1pm police stopped a vehicle for alleged violations on Riverside Drive. According to police, two occupants of the vehicle were subsequently found to be in possession of marijuana and will receive summons. Police identified the two men as Tyler Costello, 22, of the 500 block of E. Morton St., Bethlehem, and Aurelio Rodriguez, 23, of the 500 block of E. Morton St., Bethlehem.

Man Stopped for Allegedly Speeding on Rt. 378, Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

On July 7 at approximately 10pm police stopped Darryl Dase, of the 1200 block of Church Road, Pen Argyl, after he was allegedly timed traveling at 58.2 miles per hour in a 40 mile per hour speed zone on Rt. 378. According to police, Dase had a suspended license, no vehicle registration, no vehicle inspection and no insurance. It was also discovered that Dase had an active warrant from Lehigh County, police said. After being cited for speeding and other offenses, his vehicle was impounded and he was released to the Lehigh County Sheriff's Department, they added.
