Lower Saucon Man Charged with Retail Theft

Colonial Regional Police say Richard Baker IV stole $169 worth of electronics from the Walmart in Lower Nazareth Township.

Retail Theft: A Lower Saucon Township man was charged with retail theft March 13, after he allegedly fled the Walmart Supercenter in Lower Nazareth Township on March 7 with $169 worth of electronics, according to Colonial Regional Police.

Police were able to stop Richard Baker IV, of Saucon Meadow Court, on Route 248 shortly after he fled, and took him into custody.

Baker was arraigned at Northampton County central booking and taken to Northampton County Prison on $5,000 cash bail.
