L. Saucon PD Welcomes New Part-Time Patrolman

Daniel Bencsics was recently sworn-in as a Part-Time Police Patrolman with the Lower Saucon Township Police Department.

On Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 Daniel Bencsics was sworn-in as a Part-Time Police Patrolman with the Lower Saucon Township Police Department. His mother, grandmother and girlfriend were in attendance as well as numerous other township police officers and other employees. 

Daniel, who is a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University of PA and completed his Act 120 training at Allentown Police Academy.

He is currently a Deputy Sheriff with the Northampton County Sheriff’s Department and formerly completed an internship for Lehigh County Probation.
