Juveniles 'Egged' Lower Saucon Home, Police Say

Three juveniles "egged" a home on Peach Tree Lane Aug. 9, according to Lower Saucon Township police.

Lower Saucon Township police say some old-fashioned investigative work helped lead them to three juveniles who allegedly "egged" a home in the 1900 block of Peach Tree Lane Aug. 9.

According to a police department press release, after the owner of the home reported that it had been hit by eggs, an officer took three egg cartons left in the front yard to , where it was discovered that they had been purchased at 10:30pm Aug. 9.

Video surveillance from the store recorded two 17-year-old females and a 15-year-old male purchasing the eggs and a peppermint patty, police said.

With a printed copy of the footage in hand, police said the "three offenders (were) clearly identified by (the) victim's family."

"Upon speaking with (the) juveniles, they provided stories even their parents did not believe," police added.
