Hit-and-Run Accident Reported on I-78 in Lower Saucon
A 71-year-old Wyomissing woman wasn't injured in a Halloween hit-and-run accident near mile marker 63.4 in Lower Saucon Township, but state police at Belfast said the driver's door of her vehicle as damaged.
A 71-year-old Wyomissing (Berks County) woman wasn't injured in a Halloween hit-and-run accident near mile marker 63.4 in Lower Saucon Township, but state police at Belfast said the driver's door of her vehicle was damaged.
In a news release, police said the accident occurred at 8:14 p.m., when another vehicle entered the lane in which the woman was traveling and the impact occurred.
Police said the other driver "kept traveling west," although the woman pulled over.
