Hellertown Teens Drank at Lower Milford Party, Police Say

Six teens—including three from Hellertown—were charged with underage drinking, state police at Fogelsville said, after officers were called to the 6800 block of Chestnut Hill Church Road in Lower Milford Township early Sunday.

Six teenagers—including three from Hellertown—were charged with underage drinking, Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville said, after officers were called to the 6800 block of Chestnut Hill Church Road in Lower Milford Township early Sunday.

According to state police, the accused include two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl from Hellertown, an 18-year-old woman and a 17-year-old girl from Bethlehem, and a Nazareth teen.

The 18-year-old and one of the boys also face a drug-related (Act 64) charge, according to a release.

Police said they responded to the Chestnut Hill Road location at 12:45 a.m., and found empty cans of alcohol and drug paraphernalia. Several of those at the scene showed signs of intoxication, they said.

Everyone was released and charges were filed.
