Hellertown Police Investigating Two Burglaries

Police announced Wednesday that they are investigating recent burglaries on Main and West Depot streets.

Hellertown Police announced Wednesday that they are investigating two burglaries that occurred in the borough last month.

The first burglary occurred Aug. 10 at a residence in the 1500 block of Main Street.

Cash and firearms were stolen from the home, police said.

The second burglary occurred Aug. 15 between 6 and 9:45pm on West Depot Street.

In that incident, "someone entered a residence...and committed criminal mischief," police said.
