Hellertown Police Investigating Recent Hit-and-Run Accidents

Hellertown Police said Tuesday that they are investigating two recent hit-and-run accidents in the borough.

According to police, on Sept. 25 a car that was parked in the unit block of Kiernan Avenue was damaged. And in the early morning hours of Sept. 28, police said another hit-and-run was reported in the 100 block of Main Street.

The responsible vehicle in the Sept. 28 accident was described as a silver van or SUV and "will be missing its passenger side mirror," police said.
