Two Arrested for Marijuana Possession During Traffic Stop, Police Say

On Nov. 17 at about 2:51pm police say they stopped Stanley Vincent, 47, of the 600 block of Fourth Avenue, Bethlehem, and Jamie Ziegler, 40, of the same address, in the 1600 block of Main Street for alleged traffic violations. Both Vincent and Ziegler were subsequently found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a pipe used as paraphernalia, police said in a Dec. 7 press release. Both have been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, they added.

On Nov. 27 at 1:23am police say they stopped Carol Lombardi, 64, of the 300 block of Longwood Ave., Bound Brook, N.J., for an alleged traffic violation in the 1600 block of Main Street. Police said that after an investigation, Lombardi was arrested for DUI. She was subsequently determined to have a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .22 percent, police added.

Woman Charged After Allegedly Being Involved in Hit-and-Run Accident

On Dec. 5 at 8:40am police say they received a report of a hit-and-run accident in the 100 block of Penn Street. Police say they investigated the complaint and determined that a black Honda had struck another vehicle. According to police, the black Honda involved in the accident was subsequently located in the 700 block of Main Street. Police said they have charged its operator, identified as Sarah Lynn Jammer, 23, of the 800 block of Sumter Drive, Yardley, Pa., with accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and careless driving.
