The following incidents have been reported by the Hellertown Police Department:
Juvenile Girls Arrested for Public Intoxication
Police say that at 9:15pm on May 14 they arrested two juvenile females--one 14 years old and one 15 years old--for public intoxication in front of 222 Northampton St. A search related to the arrest resulted in the discovery of 10 "Schedule 4" narcotic pills, police said. While in custody, one of the two girls "wrote on the wall inside the (police) station," they added. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief and public intoxication were filed accordingly against the juveniles, police said.

Bicycles Reported Stolen from Easton Road
According to Hellertown police, four bicycles were stolen from 1065 Easton Road sometime between noon and 5pm on May 27. The four bikes are described as: a silver Haro bicycle; a pink and white Barbie bicycle; a red BMX toddler bicycle; and a black BMX Spiderman bicycle. Anyone with information regarding the disappearance of these bikes is asked to contact the Hellertown Police Department at 610-838-7040.

Freemansburg Man Arrested for Allegedly Presenting False ID
On May 27 at approximately 12:52am police arrested Bradley Allen Wilcox, 22, of 408 Main St., Freemansburg, after he was stopped for an alleged traffic violation in the 100 block of Paul Street. According to police, Wilcox then "falsely identified himself in order to cover up a suspended license." Police say they subsequently determined Wilcox to be driving under the influence, and that they transported him to the Bethlehem DUI Center for processing. Wilcox has been charged with False ID to Law Enforcement, DUI and summary traffic violations, police said.
Juvenile Allegedly Assaults 18-Year-Old Man on Second Avenue
According to police, a 17-year-old male juvenile allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old man in front of 1082 Second Ave., Hellertown, on May 27 at approximately 5pm. The assault resulted in head trauma, police said, and the man was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill for evaluation. Charges of assault, harassment and disorderly conduct are pending against the juvenile, police said.
