Police say they subsequently made contact with the woman in the vehicle--who they identified as Patrice Ann Troman, 45, of 2600 Wassergass Road, Lower Saucon--before arresting her on suspicion of driving under the influence. A blood test later indicated that Troman was under the influence of opiates, and heroin and drug paraphernalia were seized from her vehicle, police said. Watts was subsequently arrested for DAI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and several traffic violations. A passenger in Watts' vehicle, identified as Andrew James Vuono, 21, of 1147 Arcadia St., Bethlehem, was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and was charged with the same, police said.

Behe was arrested for fleeing and eluding, DAI and traffic violations, police said. After being arrested, he was arraigned before District Justice Adrianne Masut at Central Booking and was released on $5,000 unsecured bail, police added.
