Hellertown police say a Maryland woman was arrested for continuous drunken yelling and screaming early Sunday in the borough.

Maryanne Renninger, 48, of Frederick is charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

According to court records, police gave Renninger two warnings late Saturday night before returning just before 1 a.m. Sunday to the rear of 611 Main St., where Renninger was "yelling and screaming, alarming the neighbors."

Police said Renninger came outside visibly intoxicated, and was taken into custody.

She was arraigned before District Judge Daniel Corpora in Easton, and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $2,000 bail.
