Drunken Woman Peed in Road, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say Eneida Resto, of Fairmount Street, Bethlehem, became stranded when one of her car tires blew out on Flint Hill Road.

A Bethlehem woman has been charged with DUI, after Lower Saucon Township Police say she drove off Flint Hill Road, flattening a tire and disabling her vehicle in the process.

In a news release, police said Eneida Resto, of the 1300 block of Fairmount Street, was found to be intoxicated when officers responded to a report of a disabled vehicle on Flint Hill at 6:19 a.m. May 12.

Police said Resto had also "urinated in the street."

Resto refused a blood test at St. Luke's University Hospital, according to authorities.

In addition to DUI, she has been charged with public drunkenness, careless driving and driving without a license.
