Driver Caused Accident at Linden and Easton, Police Say
Hellertown Police say a Williams Township man caused an accident when he failed to obey a stop sign.
A Williams Township man was issued a traffic citation, police say, after he allegedly failed to stop at a sign at Linden Avenue and Easton Road and caused an accident.
In a news release, Hellertown Police said Thomas Tucker, 29, of the 500 block of Spring Valley Road, "entered traffic on Easton Road from Linden Avenue, striking another vehicle" at 10:56 a.m. July 15.
Police said the vehicle Tucker allegedly struck had to be towed from the scene.
No injuries were reported, authorities added.
