Car Towed from L. Saucon Crash Scene, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say a car had to be towed following an accident at Friedensville and Meadows roads.

A car was disabled and had to be towed following an accident at Friedensville and Meadows roads last Tuesday, Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release.

According to police, the 3:30 p.m. accident occurred when a Quakertown woman "attempted to pull out (from) 1717 Friedensville Road and was struck" by a vehicle driven by a Tatamy woman.

The Quakertown motorist's vehicle had to be towed from the scene of the accident, which was cleared within a half hour of the crash, according to police.

Police did not say whether either driver would face charges because of the accident.
