Hellertown Police say a boy was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after he allegedly stole an iPod.

Hellertown Police say a boy was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, after he allegedly stole an iPod at Third Avenue Park in the borough on the evening of Sept. 7.

In a news release about the alleged incident, police said the iPod was recovered.
