Borough Woman Allegedly Assaults Male Victim at Home

Hellertown Police say Brenda Sesulka, 55, of the 600 block of Main Street, physically assaulted a man at the home they share Aug. 5.

A Hellertown woman was charged with simple assault and harassment after she allegedly assaulted a male victim in the home they share in the 600 block of Main Street, borough police announced in a press release last week.

According to police, Brenda Sesulka, 55, of 650 Main St., Second Floor Rear, physically assaulted the man during a domestic dispute on Aug. 5 at 10:45pm.

Police did not identify the relationship between Sesulka and the man in their press release, but said Sesulka was arrested and arraigned before District Judge Jacqueline Taschner.

Following her arraignment, police said Sesulka was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
