Borough Man Who Stole From Fiancee Sentenced
Kurt Michael Laudenslager, 42, of Hellertown, was sentenced in Northampton County Court for stealing thousands of dollars from his fiancee.
A Hellertown man who stole nearly $17,000 from his fiancee was sentenced to time served in Northampton County Court Wednesday, the Express-Times reported.
Kurt Michael Laudenslager, 42, is a father of five who drank and gambled away the money he embezzled from the mother of his youngest child, the article indicated.
The Morning Call reported that after spending the past four months in jail, Laudenslager is being paroled to an inpatient rehab facility as part of his sentence.
He will be on probation for three years and must also pay restitution to his victim, that article indicated.
