Borough Man Accused of Fondling Teen Co-Worker

Hellertown police say Robert Mark Farparan, 28, of New Jersey Avenue, touched a female co-worker's buttocks at their place of employment. The girl is a juvenile, according to police.

A Hellertown man stands accused of inappropriately touching and attempting to kiss a juvenile female co-worker, according to borough police.

In a press release Tuesday, Hellertown police said Robert Mark Farparan, 28, of the 1300 block of New Jersey Avenue, has been charged with indecent assault and harassment.

According to police, on the afternoon of April 7 Farparan repeatedly touched the buttocks of a juvenile female co-worker at the Main Street, Hellertown business where both were employed at the time.

"(Farparan) also followed the juvenile female into the women's restroom, where he attempted to kiss (her)," police said.

Police did not name the business where the alleged incident occurred, but said charges against Farparan have been filed in .
