Bachman Street Resident Had Heroin, Police Say
Hellertown Police say George Robert Duffy III, 38, of Bachman Street has been charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hellertown Police say a resident of the first block of Bachman Street has been charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In a news release, police said officers found the drug after they were called to the second-floor apartment of George Robert Duffy III, 38, for a medical emergency on the afternoon of May 21.
The police news release was issued Thursday.
Police said the charges against Duffy have been filed in district court.
