Argument Over Radio Allegedly Leads to Hair-Pulling

Lower Saucon Township Police say Barry L. Gebhart also allegedly pushed and shoved Cindie K. Sabich after they became involved in an argument. Police said Sabich wanted to listen to talk radio, while Gebhart wanted to listen to music.

An argument about what to listen to in the workplace resulted in a harassment charge for a local employer, Lower Saucon Township Police reported Thursday.

In a press release, police said Barry L. Gebhart, 72, of 2189 Rovaldi Avenue, and his employee Cindie K. Sabich, 48, of Allentown, began to argue on the afternoon of Oct. 24 because she wanted to listen to talk radio, while he wanted to listen to music.

"The verbal argument became physical when (Gebhart) directed (Sabich) to leave his residence," which is also Sabich's place of employment, police said.
