Aggressive Driving Will Be Targeted Today

Lower Saucon Township police will be participating in a statewide initiative aimed at stopping aggressive driving.

Today will not be a good day to be driving angry in the Lehigh Valley. Not that it ever is.

No less than 14 local police departments – including Lower Saucon Township – and the Pennsylvania State Police plan to conduct a special aggressive-driving enforcement on Lehigh Valley roads today, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said in a news release.

Aggressive driving behaviors include speeding, tailgating and running red lights.
