$45K in Jewelry Stolen from Township Home, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say nearly $45,000 in jewelry was reported stolen by a resident of the 1800 block of Springwood Road.

Lower Saucon Township Police say they are investigating an incident in which nearly $45,000 in jewelry was allegedly stolen from a home in the 1800 block of Springwood Road.

In a news release, police said that on June 8 the home's owner reported that 25 pieces of jewelry worth $44,840 were taken.

"There was no forced entry and the jewelry was in a locked cabinet," police said.
