Lower Saucon Township Police say two drivers were cited after one allegedly caused a Dec. 18 head-on collision at the entrance to the Saucon Square shopping center on Rt. 378.

In a news release, police said Heather Luczo, 21, of the 1200 block of Broadway, Fountain Hill, was trying to turn into the shopping center when she collided with an oncoming vehicle operated by Michele Moser, 21, of the 1200 block of Seidersville Road, Lower Saucon Township.

Police said Luczo suffered a minor injury from the deployment of an airbag but refused treatment. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene of the 8:30 p.m. accident, they added.

Police said Luczo would be cited for an alleged traffic violation involving turning movements, while Moser was to be cited for allegedly driving with an expired registration.
