18-Year-Old Man Charged with DUI in Lower Saucon
Police say Matthew P. Duddy, of Hanover Township, Northampton County, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Easton Road April 8.
Lower Saucon Police arrested an 18-year-old man from Hanover Township, Northampton County, and charged him with DUI, DUI as a Minor and Purchase of Alcohol by a Minor, after an officer stopped him on Easton Road in the area of Mockingbird Hill Road at 1:52am April 8.
According to police, Matthew P. Duddy, of Stark Road, Hanover Township, was stopped after he was observed allegedly traveling 59mph in a posted 45mph zone.
An officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage upon speaking with Duddy and determined that he was 18 years old, police said.

Police said Duddy failed field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested and charged.
