Would someone from the town or PennDOT PLEASE check the timing of the stop light that allows people from 78 west on to 412 (at the Turkey Hill)?? It was working fine, and even had a left-turn signal, until the lanes were switched. Now, the police are not operating the lights at rush hour, and the light to exit the ram is green for literally FIVE seconds. This is leading to people turning when the light is red.
