Go to time 38.00 on the video. Keep in mind when you see them complain about the big binders that the board presented to the Fact Finder compared to what they presented. The Boards binders were filled with demographic and budgetary data, the Union's presentation was just a list of wants. I want a lot of things but often they are unaffordable.
