Glenn Kern and Ron Horiszny for Lower Saucon Township council

Glenn Kern and Ron Horiszny are running for reelection to two open council seats for Lower Saucon Township Council on Tuesday, November 5th.  This will be Kern’s fourth term and Horiszny’s third term. Thanks to their efforts, Lower Saucon Township is a very nice place to live. They kept township taxes low during the hardest of economic
times. Under Kern and Horiszny’s watch, we have gained three new parks and the completion of the township’s section of the Saucon Rail Trail. Following the mandate of the voters, council has preserved over 343 acres of open space in the township. Horiszny was the recipient of the “Friend of the River” award for his volunteer work restoring and enhancing the Lehigh River and its watershed. Both of these candidates have donated all their Council pay to worthy causes in the township. Kern’s pay goes to the Open Space Fund and Horiszny's pay goes to the Fire Companies. These gentlemen deserve your vote on November 5th.
