Obituary: Robert R. Henn, 94, of Upper Nazareth

Robert R. Henn, 94, of Upper Nazareth Township and formerly of Bethlehem Township,  died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 at Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. He was the husband of the late Marian D. (Leinbach) Henn. He was born in Hellertown on June 9, 1918 to the late Robert E. and Sally (Gross) Henn. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a Seaman Second Class. Robert was a bricklayer for the former C.B. Haney, Bethlehem for 44 years until his retirement. He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Bethlehem. 

SURVIVORS

Children: Sandra J. wife of Darwin Ritz of Honeybrook, Robert S. Henn and his wife Janice of Bethlehem, Jay T. Henn and his wife Susan of Bethlehem, Timothy L. Henn and his wife Debbie of Pen Argyl; siblings: John, Donald, Elwood, Mae, Bernadine, Pauline; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by siblings: James, Isabelle, Helen and Dorothy.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 10am Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 10am. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
